Nuptialis and Baptismus World Premieres at The Church of the Incarnation, Manhattan May 2019

The Long Island Choral Society and Orchestra, conducted by Meredith E. Baker premiered two new masses. More than 150 guests were in attendance and the performance was professionally recorded.

 

Art Exhibition and Concert at The Millbrook Library January 4th - February 23rd, 2019

Original oil and acrylic paintings, giclée prints, and crayon drawings were exhibited at the Millbrook Library in Dutchess County, New York. A 30 minute concert of original compositions were performed by Rob Murphy on violin, Daniel Frankhuizen on cello, and Philippe Treuille on piano.

Requiem World Premiere at The Church of the Incarnation, Manhattan January 2015

The SymphoNYChorus conducted my maestro Henric Ideström premiered the Requiem for choir and orchestra. More than 200 guests were in attendance and the performance was professionally recorded.

Performed at the Kosciuszko Foundation in New York City by Orchestra 54 and conducted by Jean-Pierre Schmitt featuring saxophone Javier Oviedo. Commissioned by The Classical Saxophone Project.

Premiere of original orchestral composition and animated film at The DiMenna Center for Classical Music in New York City by Orchestra 54 and conducted by Jean-Pierre Schmitt, featuring saxophone soloist Javier Oviedo. Commissioned by The Classical Saxophone Project.

 

The Dog Trains November 2010

Premiere at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in New York City by The New York Chamber Virtuosi, conducted by Jean-Pierre Schmitt, featuring Javier Oviedo on solo saxophone. Commissioned by The Classical Saxophone Project. Reception showcased Dog Trains, original oil paintings.

 

The Blue Cat May 2010

Premiere at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in New York City by The New York Chamber Virtuosi, conducted by Jean-Pierre Schmitt, featuring Javier Oviedo on solo saxophone. Commissioned by The Classical Saxophone Project. The orchestra toured this piece the following summer including a notable performance at Montesquieu-Volvestre, France
 

Residencies and Summer Programs

Chateau Mercier Foundation - Resident Composer 2012

Composed music as resident composer in Village Ruffieux, at the Chateau Mercier Foundation in Sierre Switzerland. Attended chamber music concerts at Chateau MErcier, and in Sion, Switzerland. Traveled to Luzern and Berlin to attend performances of orchestral and chamber music, contemporary art and dance.

 

Ecoles des Beaux-Arts de Fontainebleau 2009

Selected as composer for international music and architecture program. Collaborated with architecture students to create installations of music and structure around the Chateau gardens in Fontainebleau, France. Music was showcased at the American Institute of Architects in NYC in 2010.

 

Boston University Tanglewood Institute 2001

Selected as composer for Tanglewood summer program. Composed new music for student performances, attended lectures and concerts at the Tanglewood Festival.

Freshman Emerging Leaders Program. Composed original theme music for four theater department productions. Composed original music for the Northwestern University Radio Station Literature Show.
